Exchange Policy

Retail Outlets

If you make the purchase from retail outlets, please contact the respective store where the purchase was made to arrange for an exchange. Do note that the exchange policies follow that of the retail outlets. Usually, the retail outlets will exchange the item for you if the product is undamaged and you bring along the original receipts. In the rare chance that you encounter any difficulties, do direct your concerns to enquiries@dermabiz.com.sg.

If you make the purchase directly from this website, do contact us at enquiries@dermabiz.com.sg within 7 days of receiving the products and provide us with the following information:

  1. Scanned copy of the invoice with the list of items you will like to exchange
  2. Picture and a brief description of the defect

We will do a replacement unless otherwise requested. Once we receive and confirm your email, our personnel will arrange with you for the exchange.

Do note that:

  • For overseas purchases, original shipping, handling charges and local taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable. The return shipping costs is payable by you for exchanges and additional local taxes may apply.
